Tourist/Visit Visa

Required documents

• Copy of completed visa application form. Attach two (2) recent passport photographs (35x40mm).
• Copy of visa payment slip
• Passport, valid for at least 6 months with at least 4 blank visa pages for endorsement
• Copy of data passport 
• Copy of administrative fee paid to Embassy’s account
• Yellow fever vaccination certificate

AND

• Confirmed return flight ticket
• Evidence of Sufficient funds – 3 months Bank statement notorised by the bank
• Evidence of hotel reservation/host address in Nigeria
• Valid residence permit (where applicable)

OR

• Letter of invitation from invitee The letter of invitation from your host should be addressed to:
  • The Ambassador
  • Tyrgatan 8
  • 114 27 Stockholm
  • Sweden

It should also include:

• Full details of invitee’s name, residential/office address, phone contact in Nigeria.
• Your invitee should clearly state acceptance of immigration responsibility on your behalf.
• Purpose of invitation/visit to Nigeria, date, and how long he/she intends to host you.
• Address(s) where you will be hosted/staying during your stay in Nigeria.
• Copy of data page of passport  (valid at least, six months) of invitee or Valid Residence  Permit  (where applicable).
